Hosted by the Economics Students' Association in partnership with OECD (The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development). This will be a roundtable Q&A with Kathleen DeBoer, the Deputy Head of OECD Washington Centre.
Miss DeBoer will be discussing the work and statistics of OECD, career opportunities in international civil service, and the general field of international economics. Please also bring any questions you may have. Free coffee and refreshments will be served!

Kathleen DeBoer is the Deputy Head of OECD Washington Centre. She works specifically with clients in the U.S. and Canada who utilize OECD data and reports, including major universities, the Executive Office of the President, and the Senate Finance Committee. Since the OECD’s creation after WWII, the organization has evolved to become one of the largest economic publishers in the world. DeBoer holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Harvard College. Prior to taking up her role at the OECD, DeBoer worked in publishing with Oxford University Press, in software development for a Fortune 500 company, and extensively in China.
